Heritage Restoration & Sustainable Transformation in Middle Park.

Located in the heart of Middle Park, this project brings together heritage preservation and modern sustainable design.

The original early 1900s façade is being carefully retained and restored, preserving the character of the streetscape while allowing for a high-performance contemporary home behind it. This balance between old and new sits at the core of the G-Lux approach.

Currently under construction, with completion scheduled for early 2027.

The front of the home remains true to its heritage roots, with original brickwork restored and celebrated. Beyond the façade, the home transitions into a clean, modern architectural design that prioritises light, space and functionality.
